The schools where teachers don’t encourage and don’t praise creativity, really kill it. The same happens when they suppress individualism and agree with the opinion of the majority for the sake of numbers.

Schools certainly can kill creativity, but they can also open a person up to things that may in turn ad to natural creativity.
