Fabulous Fridays

Despite being a little late this week, the wonderful creations from the Artisan Jewelry makers of Crafty Tips are well worth checking out. Five talented jewelry artists are featured in this week’s Fabulous Fridays showcase of artisans. Be sure to visit their sites and check out their beautiful pieces of wearable art.

Jorgensen’s Studio

These lovely and dainty hammered silver rings come in both plain silver and with a single stone. The picture here depicts several sets worn together. I love how simple and elegant they look but with a slight rustic look from the hammering. Be sure to also check out their pendants, earrings and bracelets too.

Lori Mendenhall

Lori makes some of the most interesting pieces from polymer clay, resin, watch gears, charms and a wonderful variety of other materials. She sells pendants, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and cabochons. If you’re looking for something unique, be sure to check out Lori’s site.

Hawkwolf’s Armory and Accoutrements

This chain maille artist has been creating some of the most interesting and lovely pieces we’ve seen. His designs vary from large dramatic pieces suitable for historical re-enactment participants to dainty pieces suitable for everyday.

Wrapped to Go

Aircraft mechanic by trade, this jewelry artist finds her inspiration from the stones she works with. I love how she wraps the stones so that their true beauty is simply framed by the wire to create an even more lovely piece of artisan jewelry.

Yifat Bareket

Yifat creates some of the most unique pieces of artisan jewelry we’ve seen. Combining precious metals and stones in her own wonderful style, each piece is truly a masterpiece. This piece is from her Sphere Pendants line.
